Go Hard or Go Home


This week I wanted a workout that really challenged me and worked every single muscle in my body. This is a longer routine than usual. It combines cardio with body weight. I needed to shock the system and this certainly did. I was so sore the next day but also felt great. Try this routine at home. I have attached a video of each exercise:-

Skipping/High Knees (3 minutes)


1)      V Abs (20 reps)








2)      Half Burpee and Press up (20 reps)








3)      Touch Toe Abs (30 reps)




4)      High Knees with weight (60 reps)




Skipping/ High Knees ( 3 minutes)


1)      Press up and Twist (20 reps)








2)      Prisoner Squat Jumps (30 reps)








3)      Tuck Abs (20 reps)








4)      Star Squat Jump (20 reps)







Skipping/High Knees (3 minutes)


1)      Spider Press Up (20 reps)







 

2)      Bicycle Abs (30 reps)







 

3)      Surfboards (30 reps)







 

4)      Overhead Abs (20 reps)







 
 

Skipping/High Knees (3 minutes)


1) Monkey Push up (10 reps)

 
 
2) V Abs (Left and Right-30 reps each side)
 
 

3) Burpee (15 reps)


 

4) Switch Lunge (20 reps)

 

 Skipping/High Knees (3 minutes)
