Had a smoothie for breakfast- frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk and greek yoghurt
Greek yoghurt and blueberries topped with almonds
Lunch:
Sushi- salmon/tuna, avocado and cauliflour rice.
Snack 2:
Boiled Egg
Dinner:
Homemade Salmon Fish-cakes served with broccoli
1. Boil potatoes
2. Add in tin of salmon, 1 egg, gluten free oats, garlic powder, herbs into the potato and mash
3. With your hands shape into cakes and bake in oven for 20 minutes
