Food Diary Day 21: A New Year A New You




Breakfast:

Gluten Free Oats-made with water and served with almond milk

Boiled Egg

Glutamine
Wheatgrass
Cod Liver Fish Oil


Snack:

Turkey Slices
Green tea

Lunch:

Boss treated us to some sushi today for lunch.

 
 
Snack:

Slices of chicken
Green tea


Dinner:

My gluten free, dairy free detox ends tonight. Our firm is going to a private viewing of The Wolf of Wall Street. We are getting food whilst we watch the film and there is absolutely nothing gluten free on the menu. I want to start adding back gluten and dairy to my diet this week to see if I feel worse, better or the same so I know going forward what works and what doesn't work for me. Be interested to see how I feel.



So what will I treat myself to tonight after all my hard work???
