Healthy Chicken Kiev
Ingredients:
- Breast of chicken
- Kerrygold butter
- Garlic clove
- Hazelnuts
- 1 egg
Method:
- In a bowl mix a tsp of Kerrygold real butter and a garlic clove.
- Cut a slice in the chicken and add the garlic and butter mix. Close the slit with some wooden cocktail sticks.
- Break an egg into a bowl and stir with a fork.
- Blend a handful of hazelnuts and place in a bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the blended hazelnut.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 20-30 minutes.
