Bikini Challenge Week 2 Day 5




Today's workout is 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 5 rounds. Exercises today all engage the abs muscles as well as working the whole body.


30/10 x 5 rounds


1. Kick Leg Rotation (Left leg 1st round, right leg 2nd round etc)
2. Chair Climbers
3. Lunge and Kick
4. Elevated Spider Tucks
5. Chair Jumps
6. Plank drag weight

Beginners: Try 3 rounds

Muscles Worked: Abs, Legs, Bum, Arms, Shoulders, Back.
