Healthy Snacks for Weight Loss


Are you trying to lose weight but are not seeing results? To find the reason why you must look at what you are eating to see what is causing this lack of results. 5)      Turkey and Red grapes

 
Turkey is a great lean protein. Grapes are a great source of fibre and full of antioxidants. Their contrasting tastes and textures really complement each other.
 

All these snacks help keep blood sugar low, even out insulin and release glyacogen.
