Diet Challenge and Shopping List






The next challenge is to introduce more water into your diet. Read the below post to see the benefits of water and how much you should be drinking.


Here is my shopping list for this week which you can use as an example:

Breakfast items:
-rolled oat porridge
-eggs medium
-cottage cheese
-turkey slices
-avocado
-almond milk

Snacks:
-almonds
-blueberries
-greek yoghurt

Lunch:
-wholemeal bread
-chicken breasts
-tin of tuna
-tin of salmon
-wholemeal pasta
-sweet potato

Dinner:
-tuna steak
-salmon
-chicken
-steak
-broccoli
-spinach
-green beans
-spinach
