Week 2: Cardio 1




As this Tuesday we don't have the fitness test here is an extra workout for you to do.

Set your timer for 30/10 x 3 rounds

1. Dead lift Side Kick with dumbbells
2. Flying Switch Lunge-drop down
3. Donkey Jumps
4. Oblique Knee Tucks (L)
5. Touch downs
6. Oblique Knee Tucks (R)

[I did the same side for the knee tucks in the video-I'm embarrassed! Don't make the same mistake.]
