Set your timer for 30/10 x 3 rounds
1. Dead lift Side Kick with dumbbells
2. Flying Switch Lunge-drop down
3. Donkey Jumps
4. Oblique Knee Tucks (L)
5. Touch downs
6. Oblique Knee Tucks (R)
