Crustless Quiche
This is my favourite egg recipe. It is full of protein, low in carbs and perfect for an after workout meal. I found this recipe on my friend Lynne’s website “Make and Bake from Scratch”. If you have a gluten intolerance or would love to find some more delicious clean eating recipes, check out her blog. I have tried most of her dishes they are so yum and it's even better when you know they are actually good for you!
I have cooked this recipe a lot and have made it for my friends who loved it. My friend Bronah made it for her family recently and sent me this picture before she dished it out.
