Strong Arms

We are in the final stretch to get fit and toned for the summer. The best way to keep motivated is to set yourself monthly challenges. This month, after I have eaten all my easter eggs, I am getting back on track to a super clean diet. My aim this month is to get lean, toned arms. I invested in more dumbbells last week to motivate and challenge myself further. Below is a workout mixed with cardio to get those toned arms for the summer months.

Round 1:

15 reps-Bicep Curl
30 reps-Hammer Curl
15 reps-Wide Bicep Curl

40 seconds-Mountain Climbers (10 normal + 10 criss cross)

Round 2:

15 reps- Tricep Curls
15 reps-Shoulder Press
15 reps- Bent over Row

40 Seconds-Mountain Climber

Round 3:

15 reps- Shoulder Flys
15 reps-Shoulder Front Raises
15 reps- Shoulder extension

40 seconds-Mountain Climbers

Repeat the three rounds again with 10 reps per exercise.

Your arms should be so tired by the end of this workout and you should be struggling to complete the last few reps. This works biceps, triceps, shoulders and back.

Mountain climbers are my favourite cardio as it never gets easy. Go as fast as you can and don't stop until the timer beeps. This is such an amazing exercise for your arms and your abs.

Your arms will feel like jelly after this one. Ensure you give your arms a day of rest after these exercises, as you want your muscles to recover and get stronger. You do not want to burn off your hard earned muscle.
