Food Diary Wednesday


Each Wednesday I will show you my food diary for the day so that you can get ideas from what I eat and how often I eat, so you can create your own food diary. 
 
 
 
Morning:

Porridge made with water

rice syrup

Two boiled eggs (1 yolk)

Green tea

 

Snack:

Greek Yoghurt full fat with blueberries

 

Lunch:

Wholemeal pasta bake with chicken (homemade)

Green tea

 

Snack:

Pistachios (salt free)

 

Post workout:

Whey Protein Shake

 

Dinner:

Salmon and Broccoli

 

Dessert:

Small Nakd ball with green tea  (see recipe)
