1. Supermans
2. Swimmers
3. Shoulder Roll
4. Pendulum Swing
5. Bent over row


Beginners: Try 30/10 for 2 rounds

Alternatives:
Triceps Dips- Chair Triceps
Diamond Push Ups- on your knees
Muscles Worked: Triceps, Back, shoulders, Abs, Bum, Legs
