Food Diary Day 6: New Year New You

 
 
 
Breakfast:

Couldn't face another omelette today so had greek yoghurt with raspberries, blueberries, apple and almonds. Also had a boiled egg for some protein.

Green tea

Supplements:

Cod liver Fish Oil
Glutamine
Wheatgrass

Lunch:

Left over crustless quiche from last night!



Snack:

Almonds

Dinner:

Chicken breast, green beans, brocolli with flakes almonds and a potato.

Exercise:

Biceps/ Triceps Weight Session

25 mins

- Bicep curl
- Tricep dips
- Hammer curl
- Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Barbell Bicep Curl - 21 challenge
- Tricep kickbacks

40/10 X 6 rounds of high knee skipping


How I feel?

I had no cravings in the morning between breakfast and lunch. Usually I am counting down the time to my lunch. I usually crave something sweet after my lunch so the minute I had finished my quiche I wanted something sugary. I had a green tea instead and after about 15 minutes I wasn't craving it anymore. Had a few almonds to get me through the evening. I had no evening slump, wide awake and got loads of work done. Had a sleep in this morning so exercised after work! Water in take left a lot to be admired but in my defence the heating was broken in work and I nearly died of the cold so drinking water was not a priority.
