I am currently at the airport waiting to board my flight to Cuba for a two week holiday. Unfortunately there is not much wi-fi in Cuba so you might not hear from me for the two weeks.
When I get back I will be straight back to blogging, I hope to show you even when your on holidays you can do simple exercise regimes to keep your figure and maintain your hard work without eating into your holiday time. I will be back showing you diet and workout tips. Also I have changed up my exercise regime over the past two months, as my goals have changed and I am seeing really good results.
