Workout of the Week-Legs & Bum




This was my lower body workout this week. I did this two days ago and I still can't walk. To make it tougher I added my speedbands for all the exercises.

To warm up I started with 1 minute high knees skipping.

 
 
 
I finished with one minutes butt kicks.
 


Warning: You literally will struggle to walk, sit down for two days so don't do this a day or two before a night out.
