How do I feel?

I always find the first day the easiest, as you feel so guilty for eating and drinking so badly over the Christmas period that you just want to get back on track as soon as possible. You also haven't started craving all the lovely sugary foods. Over the Christmas I kept my exercise up but as I have said in my previous post if you don't have a clean diet, exercise is not much use. Unfortunately, as a result I feel bloated and out of shape.  After my first day of eating clean, I already feel leaner and less bloated but I have a good bit to go. Trying to steer clear of all the lovely Christmas chocolates that are staring at me all day.

Exercise

No exercise done today. Today I wanted to get organised and to do a big shop and get organised for the week ahead. I won't lie I am already fearing my workout tomorrow morning and also fearing my first day back at work! I need to keep reminding myself how good I feel after I workout and how much more motivated I am to stay eating clean all day. It is easier said than done though. I find it so much harder with these dark cold mornings.
