Food Diary Day 18: New Year New You


Up early heading down to Bristol, to see my mother and my niece!!!




Breakfast:

Due to the early start breakfast was on the go! Boiled an egg and had it with some smoked salmon.



Once I got to Bristol I had an omelette and green tea.

Lunch:

Roasted pumpkin and chestnut soup

Salmon, potatoes and spinach


Snack: 

I came prepared and brought myself some of my own homemade nakd bars to have with my tea! You need to be always prepared when on this diet!



Dinner:

My brother cooked me some homemade chicken byrani served with brown rice!



Dessert:

Some popcorn to get me through the evening!



Exercise:

Hanging out with a 3 year old- no exercise required!
