Scrambled Egg (egg yolk and 3 whites) with smoked salmon, avocado, cottage cheese and spinach



Green tea

Snack:

Gluten free toast and hummus



Lunch:

Roast pork, kale, carrots and potatoes


With gluten free gravy


Dinner:

Homemade Shepherds Pie
