Food Diary Day 7: New Year New You


Well done you have done a week of clean eating and exercise!

Breakfast:

Needed to do a shop badly. So I put together a breakfast with what I had left. 1 yolk, 2 egg white scrambled egg made with almond milk, spinach and half an avocado.

Wheatgrass
Cod Liver Fish Oil


Snack:

Plum and a few almonds

Lunch:

Chicken salad
Peppers
Avocado
Left over potato from yesterday
Rocket
Spinach
Beetroot



Snack:

Nakd bar
Green tea



Snack:

Carrots
Hummus



Dinner:

Salmon fillet, broccoli and green beans

Exercise:

Today, was rest day! 

How do I feel?

I feel sore all over from legs day and arms yesterday. It hurts to walk. Got a few hunger pangs after lunch. Eating healthy is soooooo expensive, 3rd shop this week for food!
