Bikini Challenge: Week 1 Day 6




The summer is fast approaching but rather than looking forward to hitting the beach most women are filled with dread about revealing their bikini bellies. According to new research more than half of women that too part said their tummy was an area of concern when they were wearing a bikini or swimsuit. 

This workout is a whole body workout. It will burn away the layers of fat covering up your abs so that you can feel more body confident this summer.

50/10- 6 exercises- 2 rounds- 12 minutes in total


1.   Ski Abs

2.   Mountain Climbers

3.   Lunge Forward and Twist (R+L)

4.   Mountain Climbers

5.   Knee Huggers

6.   Toe Touches

Muscles Worked: Abs, Obliques, Arms, Legs, Bum

Beginners:
Try 30/10 for 2 rounds or 50/10 for one round.
