Food Diary Wednesday


Breakfast:

Porridge with Almond Milk and a boiled egg.




Snack 1:

Greek Yoghurt and Fruit



Lunch:

Homemade Breaded Chicken Wholemeal Bap with rocket and avocado.



Snack 2:

Carrots and Hummus




Dinner:

Chicken and Broccoli Crustless Quiche with sweet potato wedges (recipe to follow)




Water:
