Bikini Challenge Week 3 Day 1



We are half way there, you should be feeling stronger and seeing changes to your body if you have been fully committed to the challenge. Today focuses on legs and bum. Remember diet and exercise are important to get a nice toned bum!




REPS Challenge- 3 rounds

1. Weighted one leg step up- 10 reps each leg
2. Jump Up and star life- 20 reps
3. Weighted one leg step up- 10 reps each leg
4. Elevated one leg lunge - 10 reps each leg
5. Weighted one leg step up- 10 reps each leg
6. Weighted sumo dead lifts- 20 reps

Beginners: Try 10 reps for all exercises.

Muscles Worked: Legs, Bum, Back, Abs, Shoulders
