1.    8 High Knees,  8 Quick Steps and 8 Mountain Climbers

2.    Wood Chop (L+R)

3.    Clean and Press, Squat and Press

4.    Lunge and Row (L +R)

Beginners: 30/10 for three rounds

Muscles Worked: Abs, Obliques, Legs, Bum, Arms, Shoulders
