1 minute rest in between sets
NO CARDIO
1. Leg Press
2. Leg Extensions
3. Barbell Squat
4. Barbell Lunge-small steps
5. Barbell Calf Raises
Alternatives:
Plie Squat
Bulgarian Split Squat
Donkey Kicks
Dumbbell Step Up
