When I first started getting into "clean eating" I found it very confusing and stressful. Everyone is telling you to buy this and that, and you end up spending a fortune, not knowing what half the ingredients are used for and then in the end up not using them at all. Clean eating is very expensive so you need to know exactly what you are buying.
To help you especially if you are new to the game, I have created a table below with the essentials that I couldn't live without and which I use every day/week.
Most of these items should be available in your local supermarket. For items like carob powder, pink Himalayan salt and coconut flour, I find great deals on Amazon. These three products last a long time so you won't be buying them every week.
