Cardio Week 3/4 No:2




As we focus on specific muscle groups in our weight sessions, in the cardio session I like to work my whole body to get that leaner look then I try to sculpt my body with the weight sessions. Here is a full body workout that will get your heart rate high, burn fat and make you stronger.

8 exercises
30 seconds work
10 seconds rest
3 rounds

Try 50/10 if feeling stronger.


  1. Push up
  2. Squat (You should be getting really deep by now)
  3. Jumping Jacks (great workout for the whole body)
  4. In and Outs (abs workout)
  5. Tricep Dips
  6. Sumo Squat Jumps
  7. Plank hold
  8. Lunge hops
