Food Diary Day 3: New Year New You




Breakfast:

3 egg white one yolk Omelette
Spinach
Goats Cheese
Mushrooms
Smoked Salmon

Glutamine




Snack:

6 almonds
Banana
green tea

Lunch:

Chicken salad- rocket, spinach, beetroot, avocado, balsamic vinegar, chilli flakes

Snack:

8 almonds
black coffee

Dinner:

Clean eating Bolognaise:
Lean Minced Beef
mushrooms
Tin of tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Italian Herb
Served with Brocolli and green beans.

Exercise:

This morning I did 20 minutes of weight training focusing on my shoulders followed by abs exercises

Shoulder:

-Shoulder Presses
-Elevated Shoulder Push ups
-Clean and Press
-Plank and Front Raise
-Lateral Raises

Abs:

3 sets of 15 reps

-Side planks (L) -Toe to leg reach
-Side planks (R)- Toe to leg reach
-mountain climbers

How I feel?

Today has been the toughest day so far, even though I had a big breakfast I started getting hunger pangs at about 10.30! Had a salad for my lunch but wasn't satisfied especially when the guy beside me is eating a subway and crisps!! Nearly fell into a coma at about 3.30pm had to get a black coffee just to keep awake. Wasn't great on the water today- only had 4 bottles! I will need a lot of motivation tonight in my house- Friday night equals tea, chocolates and more chocolates (actually its every night). Going to treat myself to a Nakd bar (gluten and dairy free) tonight whilst my housemates enjoy chocolate and cheesecake! FML
