Day 4: 7 Day Carb Depletion




Exercise:

 5 minute insanity warm up
12 minute HIIT
2 km Run

Breakfast:

1 whole egg and 1 egg white omelette with raw spinach and slice of ham

Snack:

Deviled eggs- removed yolk and added wholegrain mustard



Lunch:

Salad with chilli prawns




Snack:
Chicken breast slices with lettuce and cucumber

Dinner:

Salmon and broccoli

Before Bed:
Protein Shake


How I feel:
I had a good bit of energy today but I am still craving carbs and finding it tough being around people eating them. Early to bed to avoid the pain. This is a really unsociable diet.
